The tour departs from 7th Avenue, between 50th and 51st Streets, at 770 7th Avenue, New York, NY 10019 (mid-block). Upon arrival, you’ll meet your driver and guide, then take your seat aboard a comfortable, climate-controlled vehicle to begin your adventure.

Our tours operate using luxury, climate-controlled vehicles, providing comfort and protection from the weather. To ensure a more intimate group experience, we keep our public tours small in size. Seating is first-come, first-served, and once you’ve selected your seat, it’s yours for the entire tour.

This tour is designed for all ages, but please note it is not wheelchair accessible. The tour is not recommended for travelers with back problems or for those who are pregnant. Travelers should also have a moderate physical fitness level, as the tour combines time on the vehicle and ferry with short guided walks at key stops. At each stop, your guide will let you know how long you’ll be off the vehicle — typically between 10 and 20 minutes. Each stop is thoughtfully planned to allow time to learn some history, take photos, and access restrooms where possible. If you prefer not to join a particular walking portion, you are welcome to remain on the vehicle near the landmark.

Each stop typically lasts 10 to 20 minutes, but your guide will confirm the exact timing for each location during the tour — especially for the lunch break, the ferry stop, and any stops that involve more walking. Our itineraries are carefully designed to give you enough time for photos, sightseeing, and restroom breaks when possible. If you prefer less walking, you are always welcome to stay on the vehicle at any stop — you’re not required to leave the vehicle at every location.

If the tour is canceled due to severe weather, you’ll be offered the choice of rescheduling for a different date or receiving a full refund.

Please plan to arrive at the meeting point 20 to 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time to allow time for check-in.

We strongly recommend arriving at least 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Guests must check in no later than 10 minutes before departure to guarantee their reservation. At this point, we may begin releasing unclaimed seats to walk-up guests. For more details, please refer to your booking confirmation email.

The tour departs daily at 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM and is designed to last approximately 6 hours, finishing around 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM, depending on your departure time. Please note that ending times may vary slightly due to New York City traffic conditions.

This tour is exclusively conducted in English. Your licensed tour guide will provide all commentary and narration in English only.

Tickets for children aged 3 to 12 are typically offered at a slightly lower rate than adult tickets. Children under 3 years old can join the tour for free, but they must sit on a parent or guardian’s lap as no separate seat will be provided. Unfortunately, our vehicles are not wheelchair accessible, and there is no storage available for strollers or luggage. We strongly recommend leaving luggage and strollers at your hotel or using a professional storage service to ensure a smooth and comfortable tour experience.

Gratuities are not included in the ticket price. If you enjoyed your tour, we encourage tipping your guide and driver. The recommended gratuity is 15% of the tour price, or approximately $8 to $10 per person.

While pets are not permitted, service animals assisting individuals with disabilities are welcome at no additional cost. Before boarding, the guide or driver may ask if the animal is required because of a disability and what tasks the animal is trained to perform. Whenever possible, we’ll seat the service animal’s owner next to a guest comfortable with animals. Service animals must remain within the owner’s seating area and may not occupy passenger seats. We reserve the right to deny boarding to a service animal if its presence compromises the comfort or safety of other passengers, staff, or our partners — in accordance with applicable laws. You can wait until you arrive in New York to book, but many of our tours sell out in advance — especially during busy travel periods. To guarantee your spot, we highly recommend booking ahead of time.

No, hotel pickup and drop-off are not available for this tour. All guests must meet at the designated departure point.
