In just 4 hours, you’ll explore some of the most memorable Christmas locations in New York, traveling by comfortable vehicle between stops and hopping off to experience each location up close. Starting in Times Square, you’ll be accompanied throughout the entire experience by a licensed NYC tour guide and a professional driver, ensuring a smooth, safe, and high quality experience from start to finish.

- As part of this experience, our guests enjoy a free hot chocolate, one of the most loved perks of the tour. You will receive a voucher that can be redeemed that same evening or at any other time during your trip, giving you full flexibility. Your tour guide will clearly explain where and with which vendor the voucher can be used, and all details will also be indicated directly on the voucher.
- After the guided tour ends, guests are welcome to enjoy Bryant Park Winter Village at their own pace. Return transportation to Times Square is not included, as the tour ends at Bryant Park Winter Village in Midtown Manhattan.
- The meeting point is in Times Square at 220 W 45th Street, a busy Midtown Manhattan location.
- Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled departure time for a smooth check in process.
- Our team will be there holding a yellow umbrella so you can easily find us.

- At the time of booking, guests can choose the vehicle they prefer for this experience, either a comfortable coach bus or a luxury minivan.
- Our coach bus option can accommodate up to 54 guests and includes an onboard restroom, offering extra convenience during the tour. It is a great choice for guests who prefer a larger vehicle while still enjoying a fully guided Christmas experience.
- Our luxury minivan option offers a more intimate experience, with a maximum of 22 guests. This vehicle does not include an onboard restroom, but it provides a smaller group setting that many guests enjoy for a more personal and relaxed atmosphere.
- Both vehicle options include the same tour experience, the same festive stops, and the same guidance from our expert team. The main differences are group size and the presence of an onboard restroom on the coach bus.
- Our cancellation policy applies without exceptions. Full details are available during the booking process and in our FAQ section.
- If you arrive late, you will not be able to join the tour once it has started and no refund will be issued.
- Rebooking options may be limited, as tours often sell out in advance.
- Our buses depart exactly at the scheduled time out of respect for guests who arrive on time, so it is essential to arrive at least 15 minutes early.
- The Dyker Heights, DUMBO and Free Hot Chocolate Tour operates in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, or clear winter nights.
- Please dress appropriately for winter in New York City. We recommend comfortable walking shoes, warm clothing, and an umbrella if needed.
- In Dyker Heights, the experience includes a guided walking loop of approximately 1 hour to fully enjoy the Christmas lights. The walk includes some slight uphill and downhill sections, as well as uneven sidewalks, so guests should be prepared and comfortable walking for at least one hour.
- The houses cannot be viewed from the vehicle, as this is a police patrolled residential area with restricted traffic access.
- Children aged 0 to 2 can join for free if they sit on a parent’s lap. No separate seat will be provided.
- Snacks and non alcoholic drinks are allowed on board.
- Pets, bicycles, alcohol, drugs, and strong smelling foods are not permitted on the vehicle.
- Seating on the vehicle is assigned on a first come, first served basis within your selected category, Priority or General Seating.
- This is a bus and walking sightseeing tour with multiple stops. Guests should be comfortable walking short distances.
- The tour is not suitable for guests with significant mobility impairments or wheelchair users due to vehicle and operational limitations. For safety and compliance reasons, wheelchairs cannot be accommodated on the bus.
- Please also note that the experience includes a full 1 hour walking loop in Dyker Heights. For this reason, we do not recommend the tour for very small children under 6 months old. We strongly suggest that parents use a baby carrier instead of a stroller, as strollers can be difficult to manage in this crowded residential area with uneven sidewalks.
- The tour ends at Bryant Park Winter Village in Midtown Manhattan.
- Guests will enjoy a free hot chocolate at the final stop, as included in the tour.
- Return transportation to Times Square is not included, as the tour ends at Bryant Park Winter Village.
