This final stop is included in your tour and arranged in advance by our team, so there is nothing else you need to do on the day of the experience.
Please note that food, drinks, and gratuities at 230 Fifth Rooftop Bar are not included and must be paid directly on site.
After the guided tour ends, guests are welcome to enjoy the rooftop bar at their own pace. Return transportation to Times Square is not included, as the tour officially ends at 230 Fifth Rooftop Bar in Midtown Manhattan.
Children are welcome on the tour. However, guests under the age of 21 are not allowed at the rooftop bar on Fridays and Saturdays due to venue policy. If you would like to enjoy the rooftop experience with anyone under 21, please avoid booking on Friday or Saturday nights. Please also note that anyone under 21 must be accompanied by at least one parent.
Every adult aged 21 and over must present a valid photo ID to access the rooftop bar, as required by the venue. Entry may be refused if a valid ID is not presented, and this is unfortunately beyond our control.
Please also note that the rooftop may occasionally close for private events. In that case, you will be notified in advance and a skip-the-line voucher will be offered for use on another day. Confirmed closure dates so far include December 10th.
In addition, the rooftop staff and management may decide to close the rooftop bar in case of rain or snow for safety reasons. If this happens, you will be informed during the tour and offered a skip-the-line voucher to use on another day of your choice.

- The Holiday Spirit in Manhattan Tour operates in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, or clear winter nights.
- Please dress appropriately for winter in New York City. We recommend comfortable walking shoes, warm clothing, and an umbrella if needed.
- Children aged 0 to 2 can join for free if they sit on a parent’s lap. No separate seat will be provided.
- Snacks and non alcoholic drinks are allowed on board.
- Pets, bicycles, alcohol, drugs, and strong smelling foods are not permitted on the vehicle.
- Seating on the vehicle is assigned on a first come, first served basis within your selected category, Priority or General Seating.
- This is a bus and walking sightseeing tour with multiple stops. Guests should be comfortable walking short distances.
- The tour is not suitable for guests with significant mobility impairments or wheelchair users due to vehicle and operational limitations.
- For safety and compliance reasons, wheelchairs cannot be accommodated on the bus.
