Experience the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting 2026, the most iconic holiday event in New York, with one of the most exclusive travel packages available. This experience is designed entirely around this once a year moment, giving you privileged access, comfort, and the best possible vantage point to enjoy it without the crowds. Our curated Christmas travel package includes a 4 night stay at the 4 star Tempo by Hilton Times Square and an exclusive Tree Lighting Gala Dinner experience. From a stunning indoor venue overlooking Rockefeller Center, you will enjoy direct views of the tree through large windows. At any moment, you can also step outside to a dedicated viewing area with your exclusive access bracelet, then return inside to warm up, enjoy buffet dining, drinks, and live music throughout the evening.
For our New York Christmas travel package, we chose the Tempo by Hilton Times Square, a modern 4 star hotel in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Its location offers one of the best positions for travelers visiting New York during the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting 2026. Our NYC travel package also includes several iconic New York experiences. Guests receive Premium Orchestra tickets for the Rockettes Christmas Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall. The itinerary also includes lunch at Papillon Christmas Restaurant and lunch at the famous Ellen’s Stardust Diner. These experiences make this Christmas trip to New York a complete holiday getaway.
Our Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting travel package also includes two of our most popular Christmas tours. Guests travel in a comfortable luxury minivan to visit the famous Dyker Heights Christmas Lights in Brooklyn and explore some of the best Christmas decorations in New York City. On the final evening, guests enjoy a festive Christmas cruise with live music, where you will see the Statue of Liberty and the Manhattan skyline at night.
FULL ITINERARY
From your arrival in New York to the grand finale with skyline views on the water, this travel package is designed to give you a seamless, festive, and unforgettable Christmas experience in New York City.
The highlight is the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting, where you will enjoy the moment from an exclusive indoor venue overlooking the tree. You can step outside to experience the lighting up close or stay warm inside while enjoying food, drinks and live music as the ceremony unfolds.
2:00 PM: Hotel Check-in at the Tempo by Hilton 4 Star in Times Square.
5:00 PM: Introductory Meeting with Tour Leader and the rest of the group. You meet the 22 guests who will share this experience with you.
Dinner: Catering from iconic NYC vendors. Joe’s Pizza. Fresh New York bagels. Levain Bakery cookies.
8:00 PM: Radio City Christmas Spectacular. Premium Orchestra tickets for the Rockettes. Your Tour Leader will accompany the group and coordinate the full experience. The perfect way to start your Christmas trip in New York and lead into the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting the following day.
9:00 AM to 12:00 PM: My Christmas Morning in Manhattan Tour with 2 course lunch at Papillon Christmas Restaurant. Discover the most iconic Christmas spots in Midtown, with comfortable transportation and guided stops. Skip the line access at Papillon with reserved seating. Your Tour Leader will be with you throughout the experience.

Afternoon: Free Time. Your Tour Leader will help you plan it.
6:30 PM to 10:30 PM: Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting Gala Dinner. You will enjoy this once a year event from an exclusive indoor venue overlooking the tree, with large windows offering direct views of the ceremony. Throughout the evening, you are free to move between the indoor space and the outdoor dedicated viewing area using your exclusive access bracelet. This allows you to experience the Tree Lighting from both perspectives, without being stuck in the crowd. Inside, enjoy passed hors d’oeuvres, buffet dinner, dessert buffet, drinks, and live music, while staying warm and comfortable at all times. Your Tour Leader will be with you the entire evening to ensure everything runs smoothly and you fully enjoy this unique experience.
Morning: Free Time. Your Tour Leader will help you plan it.
Lunch: Skip the line lunch at Ellen’s Stardust Diner. Broadway singing waiters. Pure New York energy. Your Tour Leader will coordinate the experience and ensure smooth entry and seating
4:30 PM to 8:30 PM: Dyker Heights and DUMBO Christmas Lights Tour with Luxury Minivan. Led and coordinated by your Tour Leader. Brooklyn’s most spectacular Christmas lights
Dinner: During the tour, we head to Time Out Market in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Together with your Tour Leader, you can choose your preferred food and enjoy it indoors while taking in the stunning Manhattan skyline just outside. It is one of the most iconic after dark experiences in NYC. The evening ends at Bryant Park, where you can enjoy a free hot chocolate before heading back to your Times Square hotel
9:30 AM to 12:30 PM: Fully guided Central Park Movie Tour led by your Tour Leader. Gapstow Bridge. Wollman Rink. The Mall. Bethesda Terrace and Fountain. Bow Bridge. John Lennon Memorial. Movie scenes. Christmas atmosphere. Real New York
Afternoon: Free time for lunch, shopping, museums, or relaxing. Your Tour Leader will help you plan according to your interests
Evening: Statue of Liberty Christmas Cruise. Reserved table, complimentary drink and cookies included. Skyline at night. Statue of Liberty illuminated. Christmas music. A magical grand finale
Dinner: Your Tour Leader will help you find the perfect dinner spot before or after the cruise, based on your preferences. It is a special moment to enjoy some private time with your party, as it is the final evening of the experience

CANCELLATION POLICY
This is a boutique group travel experience limited to 22 guests. The following cancellation policy applies:
The $250 deposit per person is never refundable in any case.
- Cancel by July 31, 2026: full refund minus deposit.
- Cancel August 1 – October 1, 2026: 50% refund minus deposit.
- From October 2, 2026: non-refundable.
Full payment must be completed before the start of the experience. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your reservation, with no refund of any amounts previously paid, in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.
If you cannot travel, you may transfer your package to another person. You must inform us as soon as possible so we can arrange all necessary updates with hotels and suppliers. If the change of participant is not communicated in advance, we cannot guarantee participation.
We strongly recommend purchasing separate travel and health insurance covering medical issues, cancellation, and trip interruption.
